Processing Times

Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse team to pack and ship your order. During peak seasons such as sales, holidays and product launches, please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any address updates, order modifications or cancellations. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 pm will only be shipped on the following Monday.

Split Sends

Most orders will be shipped from a single warehouse. However, we occasionally ship from a combination of warehouse locations, so you may receive your order in multiple parts. If your order items are shipped in separate packages, we will send you tracking information for each package when it is available.

Delivery Times

For the most recent delivery time estimates, please check the shipping schedule at checkout. Delivery times do not include processing times. See above for details. All transit times are measured in business days which are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders will be shipped with DHL and USPS or FedEx depending on your address and carrier availability.

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders over €50 EUR. Orders under €50 EUR are charged €10 for standard delivery depending on the location.
