Is this your first purchase of Zuriah? Review our risk-free return policy for the first pair before starting a return or exchange.

Items on sale at 30% or less are eligible for a size exchange or store credit. Items with a sale above 30% are final sales – no refunds, store credits or exchanges can be accepted.

Underwear return policy:

Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery and with original packages and all attached labels.

First pair-risk-free policy:

Because they are, well, underwear, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on used items. BUT you can try a pair of your first order without risk for 30 days!

If you ordered the wrong size of vintage underwear, we will send you a different pair free of charge or offer you a standard refund within 30 days of delivery (excluding original shipping costs).

If your order included several period undergarments, we ask you to only open, wash and wear one pair of undergarments. This way, if you don’t like them, any unopened package from the same purchase will be eligible for a standard exchange or refund (excluding initial shipping costs).

All unopened packages will be donated to local organizations to support those in need.

Swimsuits, nightwear Casual clothing:

Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery and with an original hygienic band (bath bottom and pantyhose) and all attached labels.

Items not eligible for refund or exchange:

Items received for free, gifts with purchase, original shipping costs, e-gift cards, items purchased from a third-party vendor, reusable tablets

To exchange for a different style, simply select 'return' and then 'store credit'. This will send you an gifts card that you can use for the redemption.
